Who uses these guidelines?...YOU!

1. Use E-mail it is the most efficient form of communicating with RT Multimedia.
2. Be clear when relating goals for your web site.
3. You decide on the content. RT Multimedia is responsible for designing the format and layout of the pages.
4. You deliver the text content proofread and ready for input on your pages using your word processing software and saving it as a “text file”. If you provide the graphics they must be named carefully and in “JPEG/JPG, GIF, TIFF, or PNG” file format depending upon their content and usage. Take a minute to read explanations of graphic file types and the advantages/disadvantages of saving in each respective format. Both Text and Graphics are to be sent to RT Multimedia in an organized and timely manner. 
5. Provide clear helpful feedback for page drafts so they can be approved within two rounds of revisions.
6. Flexibility and awareness that time is limited for development of your web site. Leave the responsibility with RT Multimedia to provide the professional results you require.
