Shipping Choices 2, 3, and 4 apply for one or multiple photos, 35 mm negatives, or slides.

Choice 1:
Order our Prepaid Mailer. For a single original photograph 3x3 to 8x10, 35 mm negative or slide you can have all three services completed. Restoration (all levels of correction if required), Enhancement (any type requested). You will be notified via e-mail or telephone when the mailer has been received. After processing the finished photo is printed on the highest quality photo paper and returned to you promptly along with your original print. Both are packaged carefully and insured. With return shipping included it is the best value offered at $45.00.

Choice 2:
Send your original photograph(s), 35 mm negative(s) or slide(s) in your own mailing package. Print out our Photo Services Order Form, complete the required information, and take it to your chosen shipper (i.e. USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc.). Pack your item(s) carefully so they will arrive at RT Multimedia Services undamaged. Be sure to insure your package and request a tracking number from the shipper. We will notify you via e-mail or telephone when your package has been received.

Choice 3:
If you do not want to send your original photo to us via a shipper and you have a scanner you can scan your photo (which is considered a “reflective” media type). Consult your scanner manual for information specific to your hardware. Send us the file uploaded to one of our order forms. Should you choose this method please see special requirements for the files.

Choice 4:
Scan your photo(s) to your computer hard disk (as instructed in your scanner manual) then copy the file to a floppy diskette or CD whichever medium you have available. Print out our Photo Services Order Form, complete the required information, enclose the diskette or CD in your own packaging and take it to your chosen shipper. Be sure to insure your package and request a tracking number from the shipper. We will notify you via e-mail or telephone when your package has been received.

SPECIAL FILE REQUIREMENTS - Please ensure the following:

• The file is saved at 600 dpi (digital pixels per inch) minimum. 
• Saved as GIF, JPG or JPEG, TIF, PNG file format. This will depend upon the file’s final use. Take a minute to read information regarding the differences between GIF, JPG, TIF, PNG graphic file types  BEFORE saving your file.
• Uploading a file with one of our On-Line Order Forms is considered an “Attachment”, with our hosting service, these attachments are limited to 250 KB per submission
