			A newsletter is definitely the way to keep your customers, clients, subscribers, and employees in step with your latest developments. A Newsletter is usually published on a regular basis, anywhere from monthly to as little as one time a year. RT can work with you and/or your staff to help with populating the content of the newsletter, choosing the best and most cost effective method of distribution.

The BASICS
A Newsletter normally is 8-1/2 by 11 inch paper size and ranges from a 1 page 1-sided to a 10 page 2-sided document with 1-3 & Multi column, Half-Fold Handout, Tri-Fold Handout & Mailer layouts for text and graphics to be incorporated. See Samples of Layouts. Note beyond 10 pages it generally is considered a newspaper or even a magazine. Below and to the right are thumbnail examples. We also have provided fonts for your selection.

All Graphic Design services are based upon the FREE consultation review, and a quote is provided for approval signature prior to beginning the project. A deposit of $100.00 will be required at the time of the quote approval and deducted from the final total for services. An increased deposit may be applicable for larger and/or multiple projects. 50% of the total fee for services will be due upon receipt of electronic proofs. With the balance of the services fee due upon delivery of the completed project.
